About Allan Oliver

Allan Oliver started his art and design career in Latin America. Returning to the USA, he formed a graphic design 

and public relations agency in Portland, Oregon, specializing in a wide range of cultural and social organizations.

Discovering the artistic uses of computer imaging, he developed a business creating hand-printed fabrics. 

He marketed the designs at his gallery, Onda, on Alberta Street in Portland and later exhibited primarily Latino artists.

He chaired the Arts Commission at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral in Portland. His current artwork explores acrylic liquid 

art and his paintings have been exhibited at the CAVE gallery in Vancouver as well as in SWA and Mosaic Arts Alliance shows
